ANTI GAS MIGRATION
CI-GAS7 is a synthetic polymer used to help prevent gas migration.It delays the static gel strength of the cement and lowers the fluid loss of slurry. CI-GAS7 can be used for wells with gas flow potentials.This additive controls fluid loss control and Increases the slurry to an extent. Adding dispersant will reduce the viscosity of the slurry

CI-DIS4 is a cement friction-reducing additive which will reduce the apparent viscosity and improve the Rheological properties of cement slurry. The improved rheological properties result in reduced Frictional pressures during pumping, and turbulent flow can be achieved at lower pumping rates. With a reduction in a slurry’s apparent viscosity, the slurry can be mixed at a higher density than normal by reducing the mixing water, and the slurry is still pump able
FRESH WATER CEMENT DISPERSANT

Fresh Water Fluid Loss Control
CI-FL4is a synthetic polymer used to control filtrate loss in all cement Slurries.It has minor retardation properties when used at low temperatures. This additive can be added to dry cement or the mix water.
High Temperature Fluid Loss Control
CI-FL8 is a synthetic copolymer used to control filtrate loss in high to moderate temperature applications. It is effective in high water-tocement ratio slurries and is a mild cement retarder. It is ideally suited for shallow cementing. The polymer is thermally stable at high temperatures and compatible with current high temperature retarders.
HIGH TEMPERATURE RETARDER
CI-RET5 is a mixture of natural polymer and an organic acid. CI-RET5 is a high temperature retarder which can be used to retard all kind of API classes of cement and is effective in wells with temperature up to 350 F( 26-82 C).This additive provides excellent retardation in wells with bottom hole circulating temperature 350F.
LOW TEMPERATURE RETARDER
CI-RET4 is a natural polymer. It can be used to retard the setting of all classes of cement. It is a low temperature retarder for intermediate wells with bottom hole circulating temperatures as high as 180°F.This additive provides excellent retardation in wells with bottom hole circulating temperature up to 180F. It has dispersing effect on the slurry, thus decreasing the viscosity.
Salt Water Fluid Loss Control
CI-FL7 is a synthetic polymer used to control filtrate loss in all cement conditions. This additive is primarily a fluid-loss control additive which can be used in cement slurries mixed with either fresh water or high salt concentrations (up to saturated).
CI-SPC700 is designed for separating cement slurries and water based drilling muds.it is also designed to be compatible with both fluids. The main advantage of CI-SPC700 is the very good fluid loss control at low and high temperatures. The filter cake which develops helps to greatly reduce the fluid leak off into formations where the mud cake has been mechanically removed by centralizers or scratchers. The spacer should be more dense and more viscous than the mud but lighter and less viscous than the cement slurry. The spacer can be displaced in laminar or turbulent flow depending on the temperature and pipe configuration. A minimum of 500 ft. of annular fill of spacer should normally be used ahead of the cement and pipe movement should be attempted where possible to help achieve maximum mud removal.
Ferric hydroxide causes formation damages and consequently reduces the permeability and is a potential problem during any acidizing treatment.This iron control agent is used in a wide variety of application where iron control is required. CI-IC 60 is the most economical and efficient chelating agent for controlling iron and can be used in all acid solutions including 15-28% HCl and HCl-HF systems. It controls Iron ions in the live and spent acid to help preventing the precipitation of iron in the acid solution. Surfactants and mutual solvents can be added to the acid solution in the normal way. The concentrations can be doubled when treating formations containing Siderite or a high concentration of soluble iron. Normal concentration is 5 to 30 gal/1,000 gal (0.5 to 3 Volume percent).
ACID CORROSION INHIBITOR
Effective organic based and cationic acid corrosion inhibitor designed to use in hydrochloric acid based stimulation fluids. Economically protects low alloy steel when exposed to 15% or 28% hydrochloric acid and hydrochloric/hydrofluoric acid up to 200°F( 9 3 °C ),with the use of PK-AID2 can provide protection up to 300°F. This product exhibits good dispersability in acid and water solutions and designed to inhibit corrosion mixtures. It effectively protects N-80, J-55 and many other steel alloys against acid attack.
CORROSION INHIBITOR INTENSIFIER
This corrosion inhibitor aid is a mixture of metallic iodide salt and organic acid. This aid is a very heavy material and not too soluble in HCL at temperatures below 200°F.This intensifier by itself, should never be used to inhibit acid. It is not a stand alone acid corrosion inhibitor. Reductions in corrosion weight loss can be in the range of 40 to 90% depending on the type of metal exposed. Corrosion intensifier may be used with corrosion inhibitor to limit high temperature corrosion rates on J-55, N-80, 13 Cr and coiled tubing.
ANTI SLUDGE AGENT
Anti-sludge agent prevents the formation of stable emulsion and asphaltene sludge deposits when acids like HCl acid solutions come into contact with reservoir crude oil during acidizing treatments. Typical range of concentration is 5 to 25 gallons per thousand gallons of acid solutions (0.5 to 2.5 Volume percent).
This surfactant is a blend of nonionic and anionic surface active agents for use as a non-emulsifier in acid or water base stimulation treatments. It is compatible with all acid corrosion inhibitors in a variety of hydrochloric acid mixtures. Non-emulsifier is specifically designed to treat and/or prevent acid-in-oil or water-in-oil emulsion which commonly occur during well stimulation. Normal concentration for this additive is 1-10 gal/Mgal of acid solution (0.1 to 1 volume percent).
SURFACE TENSION REDUCER
Surfactants reduce the surface tension and/or interfacial tension between fluids, between fluid and formation, and between fluid and tubular surfaces. Their use is common in all types of treating fluids. Surfactants aid in formation cleanup through their ability to prevent emulsions, reduce surface and interfacial tension, and alter wettability. This surfactant is an effective surface tension reducer designed to be used in water-base fracturing fluids and acid solutions. It has proven to be effective in gas producing wells for providing more rapid and complete recovery of the treating fluids.This surfactant is cationic and compatible with most stimulation additives and has the property of water-wetting both sand and limestone formations. Low concentrations (0.1 to 0.6 volume percent) reduce surface and interfacial tension, enhancing cleanup and reducing flow-back time.
Multifunctional additive is a blend of anionic and nonionic surfactants, a glycol and selected alcohols designed to minimize sludge precipitation and mitigate corrosion in low temperature acid stimulation applications. It is an anti-sludge, non-emulsifier and corrosion inhibitor.This product is a balanced, multipurpose package formulated with multifunctional, corrosion inhibitor and non-emulsifier components. As with other multifunctional additives, a precise loading level should be predetermined by testing the package with well fluids that will be contacted during the application. Generally,2 to 20 gallons per 1000 gallons of acid (0.2 to 2 volume percent) has proven to be effective.
SILT SUSPENDING AGENT
Silt Suspending Agent Is an anionic, nonionic surfactant that can be used in most acid-treating solutions and fracturing fluids to suspend insoluble fines. Surfactants reduce the surface tension and/or interfacial tension between fluids, between fluid and formation, and between fluid and tubular.Their use is common in all types of treating fluids. Surfactants aid in formation clean up through their ability to prevent emulsions, reduce surface and interfacial tension, and alter wettability.Blend of sufactants in an aqueous alcohol solvent system that reduces surface and interfacial tension of both acid and water systems. Disperses mud particles in hydrochloric acid (HCl) treatments. Normal concentration is 1 to 30 gal/1,000 gal (0.1 to 3 volume percent
Mutual solvent, commonly known as glycol ether, that is soluble in both hydrocarbon and aqueous solutions. As a mutual it is soluble in oil, acid and water. It will effectively penetrate as deep in the formation as the treating fluid. It tends to dissolve the oil film on fines released by the reaction of the acid on the formation. This leaves the fines and formation pore surfaces water wet. Formations that are water wet have little tendency to stabilize emulsions.
H2S scavenger is a proven inhibitor aid for use in hydrochloric acid in treating sour wells which contain hydrogen sulfide gas. H2S may be present in stimulation fluids due to the dissolution of sulfide scale (mainly Iron Sulfide) or contact with sour well fluids. This chemical is a sulfide complexing agent which is designed to control sulfide cracking of tubular and precipitation of free sulfur when acidizing oil and gas wells that contain hydrogen sulfide or iron sulfide deposits. It is often used in conjunction with other iron controlling agents. Normal concentration range for this additive is 0.5 to 3.0 volume percent (5 to 30 gallons per 1000 gallons acid).
